Lina Ramos and Jennifer Kraus Win Top Honors from 2015 American Business Awards (sm) for Women

 

Source Intelligence executives Dr. Jennifer Kraus and Lina Ramos received top honors in a global competition for women business executives, officials announced today.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business is an international competition produced by the creators of the prestigious International Business Awards and American Business Awards. The Stevie is widely considered to be the world’s premier business award.

Jennifer Kraus, co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Source Intelligence, earned the top Gold Award for Female Executive of the Year in the category of business services companies with 11 to 2,500 employees.  Lina Ramos, Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President, earned the Bronze Award for “Maverick of the Year”.

Lina was recognized for affecting change in supply chain transparency among the world's most recognized brands by raising the global discussion on new tools and technology that empower all members of a supply chain to ensure legal and ethical sourcing and production.

This is the latest recognition for Source Intelligence, which provides a range of supply chain compliance solutions for large and small companies. Jess Kraus was named CEO of the Year by CIO Review magazine and the company also received 2015 GRC Innovation Award by analyst firm GRC 20/20.

The 2015 Stevie Awards for Women in Business received more than 1,200 entries from 31 nations and territories. The awards were presented to winners during a dinner event attended by more than 400 people at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
